All bookings are subject to confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time incur a 50% charge. Less than 12 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged in full.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or losses outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

We may use fully vetted and insured subcontractors.
