1. Scope of Work
Services are carried out according to the agreed specifications and cleaning checklist.
We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, discolouration, or damage caused by age, improper maintenance, or prior cleaning attempts.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure safe access, provide electricity and water supply, and remove fragile or valuable items before cleaning.
Our staff are not responsible for moving heavy furniture or items unless previously agreed in writing.
3. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
– Pre-existing damage or deterioration of surfaces or materials.
– Reactions caused by incorrect product use before our arrival.
– Delays or cancellations due to events outside our control.
Liability for any proven damage caused by our staff is limited to the cost of re-cleaning or repair, or a refund equivalent to the affected service portion.
4. Subcontracting
Peak Shine Cleaning Services may use trained subcontractors who are fully vetted and insured. All subcontractors follow company standards and policies.
