This Booking & Cancellation Policy sets out the terms for arranging, confirming, and cancelling cleaning services with Peak Shine Cleaning Services (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1. Booking a Service
Clients may book cleaning services through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Upon confirmation, clients will receive an appointment date, estimated arrival time, and service summary.
Clients must provide accurate information, including property access details and any special cleaning requirements, at the time of booking.
2. Access and Preparation
Clients must ensure access to the property at the agreed time. If our staff are unable to gain entry or access is delayed, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.
All fragile or valuable items should be safely stored prior to the service commencing.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients may reschedule or cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the service without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will incur a 50% charge of the total cost.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment are treated as cancellations and rebooked subject to availability.
4. Company Cancellations
Peak Shine Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, severe weather, or safety concerns.
In such cases, we will contact the client promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative appointment date.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including accidents, emergencies, or acts of nature.
By making a booking, clients agree to abide by this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
